In 1997, Mohammed Hussain founded the Hussein Steel Establishment in partnership with his brothers and established the company’s headquarters in Sana’a. The foundation was able to become one of the leading companies in the field of iron in the Yemeni market in a short period of time. As a result of the reputation and capabilities of the company, The local market in its field of activity.

In 1999 the company started to expand and expand through the opening of new branches. In the same year, the Hodeidah branch was established. In 2000, the Taiz branch was established. In 2001, the Sayoun branch was established. In 2002, the Mukalla branch was established.

n 2007, we established Hasko Steel and Metal Works Company to become a new branch of development and create an integrated work between the company and the foundation.

In 2008, with the belief of the Board of Directors of Al Hussein Steel Establishment, the company was restructured and converted into a limited liability company.

In 2009, he established the Mohammed Hussain Al Otailea Steel Industries Factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a new starting point for business and industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East in general. This project comes from the belief of the plant management in the expansion and spread of the investment environment provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi leaders, governments and people.

The factory is engaged in the extraction and cutting of hot and cold galvanized and hot rolled galvanized sheets, galvanized zinc plating and polyfoam of different sizes and lengths. And is looking to expand the largest and fastest spread in the Saudi market and the Middle East and Africa during the coming period and the opening of new production lines for the sectors of iron square, rectangular and round, and aims at the expansion of new foreign markets such as the Gulf region and Africa, especially after the contract with the port of Djibouti Mina Djibouti
